What I'm building

OffWare.

My research lab. Started as a studio — the studio funds the lab, the lab builds the intelligence. Small team. Never in the same room. Running from wherever we are. This is what I actually am.

How I work

I don't stop.

I see what isn't there yet.

Not two separate things. The same instinct, working at two depths.

That's the loop: build → break → build again. OffWare runs on it.

I built all of this from here — no lab, no institution, no city where this work is supposed to come from — and the constraint became the design principle.

Something about being home makes the large ideas feel possible differently. Not smaller. Not bigger. Just more real. Like they have somewhere to stand.

The work I don't fully talk about

I'm building something called MYLO at OffWare — general intelligence, from scratch. The full architecture isn't public and won't be for a while. What I can say: DesignOS is the first product it makes possible. If it lands the way I think — it's the closest thing to AGI being built outside the frontier labs. I'll let the work say the rest.
